Google, the American multinational technology company has confirmed that Google will be launching Google Pixel 7 series with Google’s next generation Tensor Chipset, Tensor G2 on October 6th, 2022
Last year around the same time, in October 2021, Google launched Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro. Though none of them were launched in India. The last Google Pixel smartphone that was launched in India was from Google Pixel 4 Series in 2020. After 2 years, Google may decide to bring the Pixel smartphone series to India with its launch of the new Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones and Pixel Watch.
Google announced the news of its new Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro smartphones series on the 6th of September, just a day before Apple’s Far Out Event. It is interesting and definitely a coincidence right that Google decided to do this just a couple of hours before Apple’s iPhone 14 launch?
Google had already teased its Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones as well as Pixel Watch at I/O Developer Conference back in May this year. Recently after announcing a few software updates for its Pixel devices running on Android 13, Google made a tweet showcasing its upcoming Pixel series.
Google will be revealing its new Pixel devices on October 6th at 10 AM ET online and in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Newyork. Pixel fans who are eagerly waiting for the launch of the Google Pixel 7 series and Pixel 7 Watch can stay tuned for the updates here.
As per reports, the expected price of the Google Pixel 7 5G is going to be around Rs.49,990, and the expected price of the Google Pixel 7 Pro is going to be around Rs.70,990 in India if the company decides to launch the devices in the country
As revealed in its previous tease release, Google Pixel 7 would be having 2 rear cameras and the Pixel 7 Pro would be having 3 rear cameras. It is said that the Google new devices would be having chipset of Tensor G2 and would be having 90Hz refresh rate and 120Hz refresh rate, respectively. It is also said that the Pixel 7 will be available in color variants like Obsidian, Lemongrass, and Snow, while the Pixel 7 Pro will be offered in Obsidian, Hazel, and Snow.
